Connecticut 12-hr Renewal Package 1
12 hours of Mandatory and Elective Connecticut Real Estate Continuing Education

Connecticut real estate licensees are required to complete 12 hours of real estate continuing education every 2 years. 6 hours are required from: Current Issues in Real Estate I and II, and 6 hours are electives.
Licensees renew on May 31st every even-numbered year for Salespersons and March 31st every even-numbered year for Brokers. This is coming up fast!
This course includes all 12 hours:
- Current Issues in Real Estate Course I (required - offered through McKissock)
- Current Issues in Real Estate Course II (required - offered through McKissock)
- The Mortgage Process (elective - offered through The CEShop)
- Understanding Real Estate and Mortgage Fraud (elective - offered through The CEShop)
This course is offered in association with McKissock and The CEShop, but all other bonus materials are provided exclusively by Connecticut Real Estate School Online.

Immediately upon course completion, The school will provide students with an electronic copy of the course completion certificate. Licensees are encouraged to retain copies of their certificates of completion in the event they are audited by the state. Licensees are not to submit copies of their certificates with their renewal paperwork to the state. |
