Course Completion Process
Immediately upon course completion - The school will provide students with an electronic copy of the course completion certificate. Licensees are encouraged to retain copies of their certificates of completion in the event they are audited by the state. Licensees are not to submit copies of their certificates with their renewal paperwork to the state.
Updating the state - Real estate course completions are recorded with PSI as required by the Department of Consumer Protection in Connecticut once a week on Mondays. It may take 2-4 business days from the time we report your hours before the Commission updates your license and/or updates their website with the hours. |
