Connecticut 12-hr Renewal Package 1

12 hours of Mandatory and Elective Connecticut Real Estate Continuing Education

Connecticut real estate licensees are required to complete 12 hours of real estate continuing education every 2 years.  6 hours are required from: Current Issues in Real Estate I and II, and 6 hours are electives.

Licensees renew on May 31st every even-numbered year for Salespersons and March 31st every even-numbered year for Brokers.  This is coming up fast!

This course includes all 12 hours:

  • Current Issues in Real Estate Course I (required - offered through McKissock)
  • Current Issues in Real Estate Course II (required - offered through McKissock)
  • The Mortgage Process (elective - offered through The CEShop)
  • Understanding Real Estate and Mortgage Fraud (elective - offered through The CEShop)
