Connecticut Current Issues in Real Estate II
3 hours of Mandatory Connecticut Real Estate Continuing Education

Connecticut real estate licensees are required to complete 12 hours of real estate continuing education every 2 years. 6 hours are required from: Current Issues in Real Estate I and II, and 6 hours are electives.
Licensees renew on May 31st every even-numbered year for Salespersons and March 31st every even-numbered year for Brokers. This is coming up fast!
This course is the official CT Current Issues in Real Estate Course II, that you need as one of two mandatory courses.

Immediately upon course completion, The school will provide students with an electronic copy of the course completion certificate. Licensees are encouraged to retain copies of their certificates of completion in the event they are audited by the state. Licensees are not to submit copies of their certificates with their renewal paperwork to the state. |
