This course offers an excellent overview of the fundamentals with updates on current industry players, their roles and trends facing the industry. The features, benefits and risks associated with various conventional mortgage products are discussed providing agents with general talking points when working with clients. Both government and alternative financing solutions are covered providing licensees with an excellent overview and update on these critical financing options. This course features extra worksheets and tools for both home affordability and payment calculations.

Course Completion: Immediately upon real estate course completion, The CE Shop will provide students with an electronic copy of the course Certificate of Completion. Certificates will remain in your account for a minimum of five (5) years, should you need additional copies at a later time. Licensees are encouraged to retain copies of their Certificates of Completion in the event that they are audited by the state. Please refer to your renewal application to determine if you need to submit your Certificate(s) of Completion with your renewal.
Real estate course completions are recorded with PSI as required by the Department of Consumer Protection in Connecticut once a week on Mondays. It may take 2-4 business days from the time we report your hours before the Commission updates your license and/or updates their website with the hours.
