3. Q: How long do I have to complete the course?
   A: You can access each course for up to a full year. In unusual circumstances, you may be able to get a course extension.



4. Q: When do I receive my completion slip?
   A: You can print out your own completion slip upon completing the course. You need to keep this slip for 3 years but do not need to send it in to the state with your renewal.



5. Q: How do I check the status of my license? How do I renew my license?
